Consultation:

After we connect through email I will get a general idea of you and your business. This helps me navigate on building something for you quickly. Whether you have your branding & logo or not. We can go through the process of getting you where you need to be.

Connecting the dots:

I ultimately work to take the bulk process out of your hands so you can focus on what you do best. That means I will look at your social profile and current branding (if applicable) to begin a rough draft and detail your site for you. If you don't have this, that's fine too. By the 2nd or 3rd email I should have what I need to get going.

Finding necessary components:

If you haven't already, I aid in a simple navigation of locating the right resources for you and helping you get them set up. Such as courses, membership portals, newsletters, domain connections and set-up, forms, the works... When it comes to this, you will be notified of your options and why I think you may benefit from them. Moving forward with these would be at your discretion.

When the hard work is done:

I send over a demo of your new site. Typically this takes about a week but can differ depending on your project. You let me know if any revisions need to be made. We go through this process a max of 3x to make sure everything is perfected and ready to go live. This is also where you can ask any and all your additional question for me.

Go live:

At this point, your site is ready to go live. We will work on this together for efficiency. Unless you prefer to connect the domain yourself, that is an option too!

Keeping it updated:

There's a few options for this and will be personalized to each project. We will speak on this at the end of your work.

So the payment?

The simplest process! You pay 20% up front and this is a non-refundable fee. This holds your spot for me to put my time into the work for you, God Willing. Afterwards, you pay the remaining before site is handed off to you and/or published.

If I change my mind?

That's okay. Remember - the initial payment won't be refunded but you will no longer owe anything else. This also revokes your rights to whatever I may have already pre-designed for you in the process. This means you give me full permission to re-use my design for you in any future project that does not involve you. Ex: you decided not to keep your website and cancel. I may keep the same work or make slight adjustments and re-sell as a template, sell to another provider as a template or even offer as a project for another client.

& the pricing?

I try to keep my pricing affordable. We start at a base of $350 and may go up from there depending on platform, type of site, resources needed and additional add-ons (like ebooks, graphics, content copy). I work with you and your circumstances to make sure it is within your pricing range. A payment plan is also available if needed.

Some extras:

If you have seen a template you like, I can help build your site with it or around it. We can also work together to locate the best templates for you if you would prefer this rather than a custom. This applies to widgets as well.

Finally, the add-ons:

Brochures, flyers, physical/digital business cards, and more. You can check my services page to see some additional work I provide. These can be created as standalone or in addition to your website design (20% off all add-ons). Connect with me for pricing.

What about AI?

The only time I employ AI is when making fill-in graphics or minor code editing or code additions. Other than that, your site and other content won't be AI generated.Why? Because AI tends to put out generic work that you can relatively spot across the web. You want something unique to you, that stands out and really speaks for you and/or your brand. While keeping it simple with ease of navigation. They see effort and real.
